Hey! I’m Elizabeth.

Currently a UX researcher at Vanguard, where I conduct research to improve the digital workplace and employee experience.

I design and execute research plans that leverage qualitative methods such as interviews, usability tests, observation, and surveys. My goal is to uncover insights through research that provide direction for Vanguard’s internal digital tooling and processes.

Prior to working at Vanguard, I worked at a digital design agency, Viget, where I used quantitative methods such as Google Analytics data analysis to inform product and website design strategy. At Viget, I also functioned as a UX researcher on many projects. I worked with a variety of clients, including UCLA, Massachusetts General Hospital, Stanley Black + Decker, Ad Council, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

I earned my B.S. in Environmental Science and my M.S. in Information Science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. In my free time, you can find me cheering on UNC’s basketball team, snowboarding, hiking, or painting.
